| Electrical Connectors for Japanese Motorcycles |
| I get these connectors directly from the manufacturer. They are of the highest quality and are as good or better than the OEM parts. Every plug comes with a full set of brass terminals to populate it. Currently all the plugs I carry are used on Japanese motorcycle charging systems, however if I order enough of any one style, I can get any plug used on any Japanese bike. If there is something you’d like to see me carry, eMail me either a picture or a very good description of it. If I get enough requests, I’ll add it to my next connector order. |
These connectors require a special crimper tool. The crimper below is a good tool for the money but it is a little
more work to use that the 1-step crimpers that cost 2 to 4 times as much.

These plus sets are often used in late 1970s bikes for instrument lights and ignition connections. These are
good for all low power connections.
Yamaha also used this sized plugs on the charging system of the R5 and RD350 but I do not recommend them
for that. Yamaha sort of admitted their mistake and used the larger plugs like above on the charging system of
the RD400.
